Aurelien Paumier is based in New York and acts as Client Partner. He is a core member of the Pharmaceuticals and MedTech practices in the U.S., where he drives the acquisition of new executive search mandates for multinational corporations, scale-ups, publicly listed companies, and family-owned businesses.

With over 25 years of international experience, Aurelien is recognized for his ability to partner with boards and senior executives to design and execute growth strategies, optimize cost structures, and enhance long-term enterprise value. Known for his pragmatic approach and inclusive leadership style, he builds trust, empowers teams, and consistently delivers measurable impact.

Aurelien holds a Master’s in Corporate Finance from IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School, as well as a Master’s in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute of Lorraine, Nancy, France.
